The objective of the Brand Executive (BE) position is to strategically support Beauty Barrages client brands in various retailers. The BE will be responsible for achieving sales targets in an assigned market cultivating relationships and driving brand awareness. The BE may lead a team of assigned Sales & Education Specialists (SES) to achieve sales goals and optimize instore performance.
As a Brand Executive you will report to the Sr. Directorof Field Sales. Our Brand Executives are expected to be resultsoriented innovative problem solvers take initiative and have a passion for the beauty industry.
Responsibilities:
Build sales strategies for assigned territory to achieve sales goals.
Establish and develop strong relationships at store level with BAs Store Leadership and territory DMs.
Weekly and monthly business recaps of territory to highlight business drivers and opportunities in the market.
Plan communicate and execute all instore events and product launches.
Monitor rank and competitive performance per store & adjust strategy to achieve performance goals.
Establish strategy and drive across territory.
Educate and train store staff on brand knowledge and product demonstration.
Accountable to Sales & Education Specialist performance in their region.
Coach and develop SES performance by instore visits and communication.
Build solid and productive working relationships with the corporate teams to align on strategies.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role is required.
Passionate about the beauty industry and knowledgeable of instore retail environment required.
Strong written and communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence externally and internally.
Must be able to motivate others and work as part of a team.
Excellent computer skills Microsoft Office (Excel Outlook Word)
Must be available on weekends and must be flexible to meet job objectives.
Beauty savvy and able to represent the company culture that is both polished and professional.
Must own a vehicle and be able to travel within the territory.
Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
