Hiring Press Tool Maintenance Engineer in Automobile Auto Ancillary Parts Manufacturing Industry

Position: Press Tool Maintenance 02

About the responsibilities of the position: The main activity of the Tool Maintenance supervisor is to assist the in charge of all of the maintenance of tools & fixtures.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering in the stream of Mechanical / Production. Or Diploma in Engineering in the stream of Mechanical

Desired Experience: Up to 2 to 5 years experience in a Manufacturing company preferably in the Automobile industry.

(CTC 15 to 20K)

Skills Set required/Job Profile :

  • Responsible for cost reduction in Tool maintenance
  • Responsible for the new developments in tooling
  • To help Vendors in preventive tool maintenance
  • To coordinate with production teams of the unit as far as tooling is concerned
  • Responsible for maintenance of Jig & fixture parts
  • Responsible for replaceable plan follow up
  • Responsible for training of workers at the shop floor for using tools and fixtures
  • Ensure that production is not hampered for tools and fixtures
  • Maintaining proper record of maintenance of tools & fixtures
  • Knowledge of SAP.
