Job Description
Tascor Services are a Capita organisation who provide a full range of Facilities Management services to the Police NHS and Fire Emergency services.
This role is Monday to Friday 40 hours a week with 1 Week in 5 on call oncall is 7 days with oncall allowance paid and vehicle provided for OnCall work.

What youll be doing :
- Complete the full range of maintenance and repair activities across the site.
- Escalate any equipment issues and ensure they are resolved in a timeefficient manager.
- Compile Risk Assessments & Method Statements for maintenance activities.
- Compile and maintain all maintenance and repair documentation including equipment service history documentation and unit defect log.
- Conduct first and secondline electrical/mechanical maintenance as required.
- Plan and manage shutdown maintenance activities.
What were looking for :
Strong mechanical engineering experience would be beneficial
Willing to work towards Electrical Low Voltage Authorised Person (LV AP) accreditation if not already held
Competent in maintaining safe working environments especially in nonoffice environment facilities with diverse day to day operational hazards and risk to life.
Effective troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
Strong technical knowledge (mechanical/electrical) as relevant to the role.
Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.
Experienced with Risk Assessments Diagnostics & Fault Finding
Please note due to the nature of this role and the security vetting level required candidates are required to have been living in the UK as a resident for the last 3 years.
