What Will You Be Doing
As the Safety Manager you will play a key role in leading and managing all aspects of safety at Spectro Alloys. You will be responsible for ensuring a safe work environment ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations and driving a culture of safety throughout the organization. You will also collaborate with teams to design and implement effective safety programs and initiatives.

Must be at least 18 years old.
Required: Associate or Bachelors degree in Occupational Health & Safety Environmental Science or a related field.
Required: 3 years of experience in a safety management or leadership role preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Preferred: Experience in a heavy industrial or recycling environment.
Required: Deep understanding of OSHA EPA and local safety regulations.
Required: Experience with safety audits incident investigations root cause analysis and implementing safety programs.
Required: Strong leadership communication problemsolving and organizational skills.
Required: Ability to lead teams work independently and collaborate across departments to achieve safety goals.
OSHA 30/40Hour certification HAZWOPER certification First Aid/CPR.
Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
Must be able to pass a background check physical exam and drug screen (Safety first!.
A strong desire to promote a safetyfirst culture and lead by example.
Proactive solutionoriented attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement in safety practices.
A passion for safety leadership and motivating others to follow best safety practices.
