ABOUT THE ROLE

The Brand Manager Home Cleaning Strategy and Equity will champion a repositioning on the Pledge brand internationally. The future of cleaning doesnt have to look like our legacy we are looking for someone passionate about brand exploration & reinvention. The Brand manager will lead the strategy creation and vision for brands that include Pledge Blem and Pronto. The Brand manager will lead cross functional teams both internal & agency to craft the brands relationship with a new consumer. The Brand manager will champion the consumer in all you do leveraging proven tactics as well as leading the marketing innovation to reach new outcomes. This role has a high degree of ambiguity & empowerment were seeking new ideas new ways of engaging with the consumer & new ways of creating a winning & lasting brand legacy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/WHERE YOU EXCEL

  • You start with and champion the consumer through all elements of what you do.
  • You are passionate about creating a brand with a lasting foundation evolving what the brand has been built on but modernizing and adapting to create something new.
  • You have an attention to detail helping provide insightful analysis and creating the nuance that matters
  • You can motivate and inspire others with your vision your collaborative approach & your culture of respect
  • You are able to focus on the priorities engaging the right stakeholders making timely decisions and leaning in for progress vs. perfection
  • You have a strong drive for results knowing success isnt just about the short term and have humility in achievement being about the brand & not the lead manager
  • You create the space for good dialogue for open sharing of ideas with the team and with the key stakeholders helping navigate forward momentum and more impactful outcomes

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOULL BRING

  • Bachelors degree and minimum 5 years of relevant experience or 3 years and advanced degree.
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES

  • Prior experience executing highly complex or specialized projects: adapting precedent & making significant departures from traditional approaches to develop new solutions
  • Demonstrated experience distilling consumer insights into meaningful and differentiated strategies to win
  • Global experience / exposure is ideal but not required
  • Prior FMCG / CPG experience preferred

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Travel may be required
  • Remote work is available once a week for eligible employees
  • This position is eligible for domestic relocation
