Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager Enterprise Risk Management and Business resilience is responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of the organizations risk management framework.
This role involves identifying assessing and mitigating risks that could impact the organizations ability to achieve its objectives as well as ensuring the business resilience of its assets information and reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of the enterprise risk management program.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential risks to the organization.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and plans in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of risk management activities.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure that risk management practices are integrated into their processes.
- Facilitate risk management training and awareness sessions for employees.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes related to risk management and business resilience
- Assist in managing the organizations crisis management and business continuity planning.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws regulations and standards related to enterprise risk and business resilience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Risk Management Finance Business Administration or a related field.
- Professional certification in risk management is preferred.
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in risk management or a related field.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of enterprise risk management principles and practices.
- Knowledge of business resilience protocols and incident response.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex riskrelated concepts to various audiences.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficient in risk management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
