The Senior Auditing Specialist is responsible for ensure the transparency integrity and accuracy of a Companys financial information.

Mission & Responsibilities
- Manage financial audits through which the correct compliance with contractual clauses agreed with the client is reviewed (by an independent auditor hired by the client).
- Prepare supporting documentation for the audit.
- Maintain continuous communication with the audited departments/accounts to efficiently prepare the lists reports and documentation requested in the Audit Collaboration Plan.
- Communicate with auditors hired by clients to explain and/or resolve doubts and explain the information prepared and presented in the audit.
- Identify auditable clients/clients with transparency clauses through the analysis of New Business or contract signing.
- Read and understand contracts to identify requirements agreed with the client.
- Prepare a technical sheet with these requirements.
- Communicate contractual mandates to the team/account responsible for managing the analyzed client.
- Prepare documentation to be requested by auditors prior to the audit communication.
- Propose/establish procedures that could make the client financial audit process more efficient.
- Maintain the internal control system aligned with Group requirements.
Qualifications & Languages
- Academic background in Business Administration or similar.
- High level of English (C1.
- High proficiency in office tools (Excel etc..
Previous experience & Industry background
- Experience in internal and/or external auditing at least 23 years as a senior.
Soft skills & Competencies
- Being precise and methodical key qualities for understanding managing and resolving audits efficiently.
- Problemsolving ability.
- Integrity personal and professional ethics. Access to sensitive data requires a person who meets these characteristics.
- Attention to detail.
- Communication skills. The ability to be understood and to communicate effectively is highly relevant for an audit. Being clear concise and using appropriate language to explain technical issues to novices is important.
- Ability to prioritize and good time management skills. This is a very useful skill for performing audit activities.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Ability to work under pressure without affecting the quality and accuracy of professional tasks.
Technical skills
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office accounting software and databases.
