The Boeing Company is currently seeking a broad range of Mission Systems Engineers (MidLevel and Senior) with experience in the integration qualification and certification of mission system equipment.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role as a member of the Mobility Surveillance and Bombers engineering team located in Richardson Texas.

The position will be an integral member of our MS&B portfolio of programs to ensure they meet all operational requirements.

Position Responsibilities:

• Lead the integration of mission system equipment into various platforms ensuring compatibility and performance
• Develop and execute qualification and certification plans for mission systems adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including software hardware and systems engineering to ensure seamless integration of mission systems.
• Conduct systemlevel testing and validation to verify that mission systems meet performance specifications and operational requirements.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues related to mission systems providing innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Prepare and present technical documentation including test plans reports and certification documentation.
• Support the development of system requirements and specifications for mission systems.

This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship as a condition of employment. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance PostStart is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology) chemistry physics mathematics data science or computer science
• 3 or more years of experience in mission systems engineering with a focus on integration qualification and certification.
• Strong understanding of mission system architectures and components
• Experience with collaboration across multiple engineering disciplines
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools: Word Excel PowerPoint etc.

Preferred Qualifications/Desired Skills (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 5 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Familiarity with relevant regulatory standards and certification processes (e.g. MILSTD810 DO178C DO254
• Working knowledge in System Engineering tools such as DOORs JAMA CAMEO
• Working knowledge of qualification testing requirements mission system equipment
• Experience with working with suppliers

Relocation: This position does not offer relocation. The selected candidate will need to be located in the surrounding area or relocate at their own expense.
