Supervises operations in designated non technical support area of Laboratory services. Uses strong technical skills and problem solving organizational skills in daily operations monitors key metrics and makes operational decisions to facilitate optimal workflow and patient care services. Responsible for training and supervision of assigned employees including hiring decisions scheduling timekeeping discipline and performance management.Job Requirements
