Job Description

As a Crew PreOperations Officer you will play a key role in supporting the efficient planning and scheduling of crew activities across various bases and projects. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure optimal crew utilization while maintaining compliance with legal and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine crew requirements for different bases and projects in cooperation with various departments
  • Ensure that crew activities are scheduled in accordance with relevant legislation and company documentation
  • Build proactive crew rosters to improve efficiency and reduce hotel transportation and other associated costs
  • Develop researchbased schedules to respond effectively to operational changes
  • Maintain crew legality in the RAIDO system
  • Administer and process crew requests
  • Provide analytical support related to crew staffing
  • Prepare regular overview and performance reports

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail
  • University degree or ongoing higher education
  • Solid planning skills effective time management and adaptability
  • Ability to think from first principles and collaborate across departments
  • The capacity to handle multiple priorities and perform under pressure in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamworking skills
  • Sound judgment quick decisionmaking and a positive attitude
  • Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Previous experience in airline operations and/or crew training is considered an advantage
