Job Description
We are looking for a Controls Engineer with 510 Years of Experience for our esteemed client for Bangalore Location
- Define and validate the architecture and functionalities of traction and Aux power systems.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure system requirements are met.
- provide design concepts product requirements ICD FMEA for sub system requirements.
- Perform simulations and analyses to verify system performance.
- Participate and Lead design reviews and manage technical documentation.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop analyse and validate the FMEA for Design phases.
- Develop detailed design specifications and drawings for traction and Aux subsystem components.
- Validate electrical schematics and Bill of materials.
- Develop and implement HIL/Loco test plans and procedures.
- Analyse test results and prepare detailed test reports and documentation.
- knowledge on real time/non real time control techniques integration software and hardware components.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle including requirements analysis design development testing and maintenance.
- Proficiency in tool MATLAB/Simulink Doors Visio Clear Quest.
