Job Description

Mission of the Position :

As a Manager School Partnership youll be ensuring that the organization meets its Growth Target. Candidate should be ambitious & energetic to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales & forging strong relationships with clients.

Main Responsibilities :
  • Achieving agreedupon sales targets and outcomes
  • Identifying and interacting with new leads/customers
  • Establishing rapport with new leads via phone and email to initiate sales consultations
  • Conducting sales consultations in a professional manner that aligns with the brand and culture.
  • Presenting promoting and pitching products as per the company sales process to prospective customers
  • Establishing developing and maintaining positive and professional customer interactions and relationships
  • Developing quotes & proposals for clients
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to terms & guidelines.
  • Consistent and timely onboarding of new clients to the KAM team as per the onboarding process
  • Continuously improving sales techniques and enhancing industry knowledge
Sales Administration :
  • Ensuring that data is diligently and accurately entered within the CRM system
  • Submitting sales reports in an accurate and concise manner for the Sales Heads review.
  • Maintaining effective communication with the Accounts team to ensure timely payment of accounts
  • Providing feedback and suggestions on how to improve sales processes
Business Development & Lead Generation :
  • Conduct research & field visits to identify new market opportunities & lead generation.
  • Sourcing potential organizations and markets for lead generation/partnerships
What Skills Are Critical And Essential :
  • Fluency in English and Indian spoken written and presenting
  • Proficient in MS Word Excel & Powerpoint.
  • Confidence and strong communication skills (essential)
  • Building trust and the ability to present themselves as an expert in the market and product knowledge
  • Time Management & Task Planning skills
  • Consultative sales experience or selling knowledge products (essential)
  • Diligence and selfmotivation
  • Growthoriented mindset
  • Previous sales experience (nice to have)
