Overview
Seeking a new career challenge Then Woolpert is seeking you! Woolpert is hiring a Program Director Water Resources to join our dynamic Infrastructure team. This position is responsible for building and expanding Woolperts water resources stormwater and coastal engineering services while driving business opportunities in groundwater water supply and water master planning. Qualified candidates will have success in business development and client relationship management.
This fully remote role is open to candidates located in the Western United States
Responsibilities
As a Program Director at Woolpert you will:
- Ignite Growth:Build and expand Woolperts water resources stormwater and coastal engineering services while driving business opportunities in groundwater water supply and water master planning.
- Inspire Teams:Lead and mentor passionate professionals cultivating a highperforming team ready to tackle complex challenges.
- Innovate Boldly:Leverage cuttingedge technologies to deliver realtime flood predictions adaptive wet weather controls harmful algal bloom forecasting and more.
- Drive Results: Lead business development efforts with Federal state and local agencies in the West.
- Elevate Impact:Represent Woolpert as a thought leader at industry events conferences and clientcentric engagements while developing visionary solutions tailored to client needs.
Qualifications
- A Passion for Excellence: A BA/BS in Civil Biosystemsor Environmental Engineering/Science and 1012 years of related experience.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit:Proven success in business development and client relationship management particularly with Southeast local and state agencies.
- Innovative Leadership:A PE license (preferred) advanced technical expertise and a proactive approach to leveraging new technologies.
- Collaborative Mindset:Experience building and leading highperforming teams and driving consensus across stakeholders.
- Results Orientation:Strong problemsolving skills negotiation expertise and the ability to drive projects to exceed client expectations.
