Description
This role is responsible for leading design architecture development and ongoing support of our enterprise Salesforce (SFDC) solution that supports our Sales and Marketing organizations. We need someone who is driven businessminded and technically strong.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business partners to realize the full capabilities of the SFDC platform
- Lead and/or contribute to all technical aspects of projects developed
- Perform detailed analysis of business and technical requirements
- Write technical approach and design documentation supporting business needs
- Create development and integration plans
- Work crossfunctionally to maintain and improve upon SFDC integrations with different systems to support business processes
- Provide day to day SFDC platform support
- Develop reporting and dashboard functions as well as business intelligence analytics
- Work closely with business to review operational processes and identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation
- Design develop and configure customized solutions
- Develop and maintain validation rules custom workflows and processes.
- Manage and run project implementations from start to finish
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience with SFDC development and administration
- Quickly identifies business risks issues and opportunities
- Experience working across various SFDC implementations covering Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Appexchange applications
- Proficient in SFDC Administrative tasks like creating Profiles Roles Users Page Layouts Email Services Approvals Workflows Reports Dashboards Tasks and Events
- Indepth experience in CRM business processes like Forecasting Campaign Management Lead Management Pipeline Management Order Management Account Management Case Management
- Able to configure and maintain user security permissions in compliance with organizational needs
- Extensive experience in designing Custom Formula Fields Field Dependencies Validation Rules Work Flows and Approval Processes for automated alerts field updates and Email generation according to application requirements
- Hands on experience with Apex Visualforce Pages Visualforce Components & Controllers Force Platform
- Experience in web technologies like HTML XML CSS JSP JavaScript WSDL and SOAP
- Experience in working with relational databases such as MySQL Oracle or SQL Server
- Experience with use of the Salesforce APIs (via java or through web services) to integrateSalesforce with other tools
- Demonstrated experience with integration of SF with other systems (central authenticationdatabase exports/imports LDAP CRM etc..
- Advanced Excel capabilities and related data manipulation a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills accustomed to working in both large and small team environments
- Motivated Self starter
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Force Developer ideal.
