Job Description
An amazing and niche opportunity has become available with one of our private clients based in Putney London within a Neurodisabilities Team.

Responsibilities:
- To work effectively as part of a specialist multidisciplinary team demonstrating excellent joint working and communication to achieve patientcentred goals and ensure optimal management and rehabilitation of patients with complex physical cognitive and communicative needs.
- To assess and treat a specific caseload of patients with complex needs prioritising effectively to reduce risk and manage the patients disability or rehabilitation needs
- Attend key meetings (ICB reviews safeguarding best interest meetings).
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK licence
- Postqualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
