Marketing and Business Development Director
MAP Digital Inc. is seeking an experienced Marketing and Business Development Director to lead our exciting new initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive the launch of an innovative product in the events industry while contributing to social good.
About Us:
MAP Digital is a pioneer in the events industry leveraging technology to transform how events are organized experienced and measured. Were launching Fast Pass Badging with Add to Wallet as a SaaS product to revolutionize event badging and the global tracking of enterprise customers to enhance sales. In September MAP Digital our own conference on our MetaMeetings platform The Women Funding Women Summit during UNGA in New York.
The Role:
As our Marketing and Business Development Director you will report directly to the CEO and play a crucial role in shaping our marketing strategies and business growth. This position combines corporate marketing expertise with a passion for social good. This is a hybrid position requiring flexible workinoffice in New York City and some travel.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for Fast Pass Badging and other MAP Digital products
- Lead the marketing efforts for the Women Funding Women Summit our first selforganized event on the MetaMeetings platform
- Create and manage multichannel marketing campaigns with a focus on email LinkedIn and other social media platforms
- Write and edit marketing content in Canva Adobe Suite Photoshop Illustrator video platforms and AI tools.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar for consistent brand messaging
- Manage social media presence and engagement strategies
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the enterprise event marketing activation and for businesstobusiness conferences.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and potential partners
- Collaborate with the CEO on strategic initiatives and partnerships
Market Research and Analytics
- Conduct thorough competitor and industry research to inform marketing strategies
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights
- Prepare comprehensive marketing and sales performance reports
- Lead the marketing aspects of the Women Funding Women Summit during UN General Assembly Week in New York (September 2025
- Manage and coordinate various marketing projects and initiatives
- Oversee the maintenance of marketing databases and CRM systems
- Proven experience in digital marketing and business development preferably in the corporate or technology industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive projects from conception to completion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
- Experience in content creation and social media management
- Understanding of AI and its applications in marketing (preferred)
- Passion for social good and interest in causerelated marketing
