We are looking for a Reservations Manager who will be responsible for the following:
- Direct guide and train the Reservations team members on their core duties.
- Achieving Reservation KPI for ALL membership enrollment.
- Coach motivate or discipline ambassador when necessary to achieve a successful and positive team environment
- Focus on and assist in driving LQA including reporting training and development of all team members.
- Close liaison with the Reservations and Revenue regional teams on availability pricing and methodology.
- Ensure stop sales on room types market segments and rate levels are enforced with the team when directed by the hotel GM & Revenue Regional Director.
- Ensure all arrivals are seamless by managing all arrival checks in conjunction with the reservations and front office teams.
- Process and input reservations following hotel standard operating procedures.
- Take direct reservations when necessary including all Executive Office bookings.
- Ensuring minimal open outstanding accounts for reservations.
- Coordinate group reservations ensuring contract rates are loaded correctly into reservations to maximize efficiency and eliminate revenue rebates.
- Maintain a positive selling approach to maximize yield in both occupancy and business forcasting.
Qualifications :
- Native Arabic speqaker
- A guestfocused personality is essential.
- A prior management or leadership position is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced teamoriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in Hotel PMS systems such as Opera and Opera Cloud are favorable.
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
