Job Description
A dynamic travel company in Jerusalem is seeking an Itinerary Planner to assist clients in planning and booking customized trips. This is a hybrid position requiring three days a week inoffice 9 AM 1 PM) and the rest workfromhome with flexible hours (approx. 8 hours/day). Availability is required mornings to coordinate with vendors and evenings to speak with U.S.based clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer client inquiries and understand their travel needs
- Create detailed customized itineraries
- Book and arrange travel logistics
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English with basic Hebrew proficiency
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in travel planning/logistics preferred
- Creative problem solver with attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable using WhatsApp & Google apps
- Highly organized reliable and invested in client satisfaction
- Longterm commitment to staying in Israel
Location:
Jerusalem Isreal
Compensation:
- First 3 months as a freelancer: $15/hour
- After training transition to tlush with a pay increase to $20/hour
