Zoox is seeking an experienced Manager of Contingent Workforce Operations to lead and scale our contingent workforce program. This leader will drive operational excellence process improvements and strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and compliance. The role requires close partnership with Business Leaders Recruiting HR Procurement and Finance teams to ensure seamless program .
Lead and manage Zooxs contingent workforce program ensuring operational efficiency compliance and a positive experience for hiring managers.
Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs align strategies and optimize contingent talent.
Ensure fulfillment goals are met by managing supplier relationships driving quality and costeffectiveness and optimizing processes.
Refine and implement scalable workflows systems and reporting tools to enhance visibility efficiency and compliance.
Analyze program performance using data and stakeholder feedback to drive continuous improvements and inform decisionmaking.
Qualifications
10 years of experience managing contingent workforce programs preferably in a highgrowth or complex environment.
5 years of experience leading teams with a strong ability to develop and mentor direct reports.
Expertise in contingent workforce strategy operations and compliance including worker classifications and industry best practices.
Proven experience in business partnerships vendor management supplier negotiations and optimizing external partnerships.
Extensive experience with VMS platforms (e.g. VNDLY Beeline Fieldglass) and an understanding of system configurations and reporting/analytics.
Strong operational analytical and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with financial tools and budget management related to contingent workforce programs.
Location
This hybrid role entails working in the office three days per week in our Foster City office (HQ).
Compensation
There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The salary range for this position is $168000 to $214000. A signon bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling as well as positioning within a level is determined by a range of factors including but not limited to a candidates relevant years of experience domain knowledge and interview performance. The salary range listed in this posting is representative of the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position.
