Company:
Boeing Aerospace OperationsBoeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Site Operations Manager to support our business in McClellan CA. This position leads our 20person team onsite daily in supporting a missioncritical government program and serves as the leading Boeing representative on the compound.
Position Responsibilities:
- Leads a diverse team of facilities technicians transportation/warehousing professionals and security/IT administrators in delivering worldclass customer service to our government partners
- Ensure all services are delivered projects are executed and missions are conducted within established program guidelines and budgets
- Obtain and manage all contract resources for the site hire new employees and provide daytoday operational oversight
- Collaborate routinely with government leaders and the Boeing Enterprise Program Manager on personnel and site status
- Adhere to site security protocols and protect classified information
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Ability to obtain an Adjudicated Counterintelligence Polygraph prestart
- 5 years experience formally leading personnel
- 3 years experience in security operations construction project management logistics facility/installation maintenance building management systems administration or engineering
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- CompTIA Security
- Knowledge of process improvement (e.g. Lean Six Sigma etc) and quality management (ISO 9001 methodologies
- Experience providing highquality customer service and positively inspiring people
- Familiarity with government contracts and/or program management practices
