Funding: raised Series B in 2023 from top VCs to pursue significant growth and product improvements. Projected to be profitable by Fall 2025 with no need for additional funding. Currently pursuing additional funding for accelerated growth
Rize powers over 550 academic programs for approximately 100 colleges in our network that are seeking innovative ways to grow enrollment and improve student outcomes. We have built an incredible team all working toward our primary goal: creating the educational product that will transform the college experience by increasing transparency and ROI. We are looking to add an analytical thoughtful empathetic and highoutput individual who will be excited and motivated by the high standard of excellence we seek to maintain.
For the majority of our partners enrollment and retention are their most important metrics and the most important reason they are choosing to partner with Rize. The Enrollment Growth Consulting Lead will be responsible for growing the number of students who enroll and remain enrolled at partner colleges. You will meet consistently with the Enrollment Admissions Advising and Marketing leaders on each of our partner campuses to implement strategies that effectively use Rize programs to recruit new students to campus and retain existing students. Maximizing student growth will include taking a consultative approach with partners to analyze enrollment funnels identify improvement areas and help execute growth enrollment and marketing strategies. The role combines accountlevel consulting and with the development of broader enrollment and marketing strategies that all partners can use to grow their enrollment.
You will report directly to our Head of Enrollment and work closely with our Enrollment Marketing and Partner Success teams to develop and execute these campus growth strategies.
Maximize Enrollment Value: Work closely with each partners Partner Success Lead to develop strategies and solutions that help partners increase enrollment via Rize programs.
Implement Product Positioning: Help partners implement marketing campaigns that align with Rize program value. Train key partner stakeholders on Rize positioning / talking points.
Measure Enrollment Value: Ensure accurate & timely collection of partner enrollment funnel data so that we can confidently and accurately measure our enrollment impact.
Enrollment Funnel Analysis: Conduct deep analysis of partner enrollment funnels and meet with them to diagnose specific problems and recommend strategies to improve their enrollment funnels. Conduct user discovery including interviews and secret shopping to better understand partner needs.
Demonstrate Enrollment Value: Lead annual partner enrollment meeting/assessment that demonstrates enrollment success via the Rize enrollment value equation that articulates the returnoninvestment partners generate by working with Rize. Demonstration of enrollment value is critical to partner retention & expansion.
Product & Strategy Development: Beyond individual account management work with the Head of Enrollment Strategic Content Lead and Product Marketing Lead to identify and create scalable sellable and implementable solutions to common enrollment problems.

We are open to hiring people from a range of backgrounds for this role. If you have experience in Enrollment Consulting or Customer Success and this role interests you we encourage you to apply! Specifically we are looking for the following qualities:
3 years of experience in enrollment enrollment consulting analytics partner success or a similar field
You are obsessed with solving problems and have a proven track record applying general frameworks to provide individualized solutions to a wide range of problems
You exhibit a high standard of personal accountability and you are a doer
You are seeking a high degree of autonomy ownership and growth in your next role
You have strong project management skills and can work with multiple clients at a time
Ability to work with enrollment data and diagnose problems on an accountbyaccount basis as well as the ability to effectively communicate with partners
Ability to develop enrollment and marketing strategies that can scale across accounts
Experience in empathetic user listening and discovery
Low ego and humble individual who is willing to work with and learn from others
This position can be in person (office in Soho NYC) or remote
Compensation will vary with experience but a rough range will be:
Salary: $100000 $130000
Discretionary Bonus: Up to $20000
