About the Role
The Water Meter Installation Supervisor reports to the Operations Manager at Bermex. This position will play a key role in interacting with customers holding knowledge of industry standards interfacing with management from within and outside of the department and leading special initiatives in the water meter services department. This position requires a high degree of water meter knowledge excellent time management and exceptional interpersonal communication skills.

What Youll Do
- Water Meter Installation Supervision
- Identifies investigates and resolves issues ensuring deadlines are met
- Partners with customers managers utility or other personnel to ensure customer satisfaction with ongoing communication cooperative problem management and regular feedback on goal achievement or obstacles experienced
- Works with Manager and other leaders to identify and address inefficiencies and opportunities for cost reduction
- Explain and demonstrate work tasks to new workers or assign training tasks to experienced workers
- Recommends or implements personnel actions such as employee selection evaluation rewards or disciplinary actions
- Recommend and implement measures to improve worker motivation equipment performance work methods or customer services
- Requisitions needed personnel supplies equipment parts or repair services
- Meter Services Assistance
- Drives vehicles or equipment to complete work assignments or to assist workers
- Interprets transportation regulations safety regulations or company policies and procedures for workers
- Prepares compiles and submits reports on work activities operations productivity or workrelated accidents
- Resolves worker problems or collaborate with employees to assist in problem resolution
- Performs or schedules repairs or preventive maintenance of vehicles and other equipment
- Assists workers in tasks as needed such as disconnecting and reconnection of consumer accounts and water meter exchange and/or installations.
- Customer Communication
- Handle customer inquiries when applicable or refer customer complaints to the appropriate authorities
- May provide general information about the meter services to customers when applicable
- Use telephones tablets and/or computers to communicate
About You
Must have:
- Education: High School Degree/GED
- Experience: Must be 21 years of age or older.

Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: High School Degree/GED
- Experience: Must be 21 years of age or older.
- 1 or more years of supervisory experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: Associates Degree from accredited college or university
- 2 years of proven supervisory/management experience.
- Experience: Additional experience in utility supervision or a related field
