Job Description
Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze the performance of solar and wind energy assets in realtime.
Identify and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
Collaborate with other team members to address technical challenges.
Execute predefined operational procedures and workflows.
Document incidents resolutions and system changes.
Participate in the development and implementation of improvement initiatives.
Work closely with vendors and site teams to escalate and resolve issues.
Adhere to established security and compliance protocols.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in EC Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Relevant experience in NOC or IT operations.
Knowledge of solar and wind energy systems and monitoring tools.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Familiarity with networking and system administration concepts.
Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
