As our Head of Youth and Inclusion you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering highimpact programs that drive social and economic changes. You will lead strategic initiatives that empower newly arrived migrants foster youth engagement and build an inclusive community. Key Responsibilities

As part of our Executive Leadership Team you will be responsible for:

Program Leadership & Strategy

  • Setting the vision and strategy for youth settlement and inclusion programs
  • Designing and implementing innovative and culturally responsive initiative
  • Monitor emerging trends and policy changes affecting migrant and youth communities advocating for best practices.

Operational & Program Management

  • Leading the delivery monitoring and evaluation of impactful programs.
  • Building partnerships with government agencies community groups and stakeholders
  • Managing budgets securing funding and ensuring program sustainability
  • Drive continuous improvement through data collection reporting and impact assessment.

Stakeholder Engagement & Advocacy

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with funding bodies policymakers and partner organizations.
  • Represent the organization in forums working groups and public engagements related to youth settlement and inclusion.
  • Advocate for policies and practices that promote equitable opportunities for migrants and youth.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Inspiring mentoring and leading highperforming team to execute program objectives effectively.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that supports professional growth.

Skills required to undertake the role

  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing diverse teams.
  • Strong ability to build partnerships with government community and corporate stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing Government funding agreements and reporting.
  • A solutionsfocused dynamic and agile mindset in a fastpaced environment.
  • Knowledge of relevant policies frameworks and best practices in community programs.
  • Client centred approach with a strong commitment to social justice where all people can live to their full potential.

The successful candidate will be required to undertake Safety Screening checks prior to commencement of employment including a national police record check and valid Working with Children Check.
