Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedFemale Principalto lead our ICSE school inHinjewadi Pune. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills academic expertise and a passion for fostering a progressive learning environment. She should be wellversed in ICSE curriculum guidelines and committed to ensuring holistic development for students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide visionary leadership to maintain and enhance the schools academic excellence.
- Oversee the implementation of the ICSE curriculum ensuring high educational standards.
- Supervise and mentor teachers fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Ensure adherence to ICSE regulations policies and accreditation requirements.
- Develop and implement effective policies for student discipline academic performance and overall wellbeing.
- Foster strong communication with parents students and staff to create a positive school culture.
- Monitor and improve teaching methodologies student assessments and extracurricular programs.
- Manage school administration budgeting and infrastructure development.
- Lead admissions marketing efforts and school promotion initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with educational laws safety regulations and government guidelines.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Educational Qualification:Masters degree in Education (M.Ed. or equivalent. A B.Ed. is mandatory.
- Experience:Minimum10 yearsof teaching experience with at least5 yearsin a leadership role (Principal/Vice Principal/Academic Head) in an ICSE school.
- Strong knowledge of the ICSE curriculum policies and accreditation requirements.
- Excellent leadership decisionmaking and teambuilding abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students staff and parents.
- Ability to integrate modern teaching methodologies and digital learning tools.
