We are looking for a Retail Network Project Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping Sephoras Brick & Mortar footprint across our DENS Hub (Germany Switzerland Denmark & Sweden). This role involves orchestrating all aspects of new store openings and renovations: from accompanying the site identification process and lease negotiations to construction management and project completion.

Your mission will be to ...
... manage Sephora DENS CAPEX projects such as openings relocations renovations or other BM driven projects.
...develops and manages detailed project plans timeline and budgets
...oversee all aspects from design to final handover ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
... foster collaboration between departments and build strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure excellent in stores through periodic travel within the DENS region.

... have at least 23 years of experience in retail expansion real estate development project management or architectural experience (or equivalent).
...you have demonstrated experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and have profound experience in budget planning management and reporting.
...you possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team and have the capability to coordinate diverse teams across different departments.
...you are fluent in english. Proficiency in German is a plus.
