We operate in the digital payments space and have a proven productmarket fit. We specialize in helping bring B2C payments to the digital age and are poised for significant growth in the months ahead. Digital Disbursements was acquired by Western Alliance Bank (NYSE:WAL) in January 2022 and operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of WAL. The Operations Manager will be reporting to and working directly with the Director of Operations.Position Location: Hybrid Portland OR
- As Digital Disbursements continues supporting Western Alliance Bank clients and expanding into verticals outside of the legal industry this position will be responsible for operational processes for segments outside the legal industry.
- This position will be point of contact for Western Alliance Bank and for clients outside of the legal industry.
- Primary responsibilities:
- Manage select client relationships and accounts as primary operational contact.
- Manage of daily operational tasks to facilitate payments distribution.
- Create processes and policies in areas of operations particularly for areas outside the legal industry.
- Implement policies and strategies to improve productivity and efficiency levels.
What youll need:
- Bachelors degree in business with 57 years of work experience in operations process improvement or equivalent
- Banking and/or Treasury Management experience
- Highly organized detailed and task oriented
- Excellent time management skills
- Exceptional problemsolving decisionmaking and quantitative skills
- Persuasive communication skills both written and verbal including the ability to tailor communications to a broad range of audiences
- Ability to build trustbased relationships and effectively collaborate
- Selfstarter who can identify problems outline solutions and drive
- Advanced knowledge of MS office especially Excel
