Job Description
Reporting to OneRails VP of Finance the Financial Analyst will be responsible for the initiatives within OneRails financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function including OneRails financial model; budgeting planning and forecasting; managing new deal reviews; developing presentations for key stakeholders and supporting the VP of Finance and CFO with ad hoc research.
The Financial Analyst will work closely with the broader finance team including the Companys accounting and audit functions to ensure coordination and fidelity of forecasts with reported results. The Financial Analyst will also work closely with the People Operations (HR) and Information Technology (IT) staff to enhance and integrate Finance HR and IT functions and ensure proper processes and controls for all Finance and other company functions.
This role is an onsite opportunity and will require the candidate to work onsite out of our headquarters in Orlando FL 32819.
Key Responsibilities
- Forecasting & Reporting: Manage the forecasting and reporting process for major departments within the organization providing clear insights into performance and guiding strategic decisions.
- Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models that support budgeting forecasting and longterm planning for the business.
- Tracking & Analysis: Track and analyze key business and financial KPIs including marketing and sales data to identify trends risks and opportunities.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing sales and other departments to provide financial insights and support enabling each team to make informed decisions.
- Performance Monitoring: Provide actuals and variance analysis offering insights on financial performance compared to forecasts and identifying drivers of deviations.
- Market & Business Insights: Stay uptodate on industry trends competitive dynamics and customer insights to support strategic planning and decisionmaking.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in accounting finance or related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience in an investment banking management consulting and/or public accounting firm is preferred.
- Experience at a highgrowth software and/or business services company is preferred.
- Technically proficient in GAAP especially as applied to softwareasaservice (SaaS) and business services companies is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Strong ability to influence and collaborate with crossfunctional partners at all levels of the organization.
- SQL proficiency (or willingness to learn) to support datadriven decisionmaking.

OneRails Travel Policy for Remote Team Members
