Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
Experience: Prior Gtube and tracheotomy experience in a home care setting is essential
Technical Skills: Strong medical knowledge infection control expertise and safety protocols
Soft Skills: Compassion patience and leadership qualities
Licensure: An Active PA LPN license is required
LPN Qualifications & Skills:
Indepth medical knowledge and expertise
Ability to think critically and solve problems
Compassionate kind and empathetic demeanor
Physical stamina to meet patient care demands
Strong observational and leadership skills
Clear effective communication with patients and the healthcare team
Knowledge of infection control and safety practices
