Location/Division Specific Information

Join our collaborative team in Lenexa Kansas within the Microbiology division. You will play a key role in ensuring the highest quality standards!

Shift

Standard: 7:00 AM 5:30 PM Thursday Sunday

Flexible Options:

  • Friday Monday 7:00 AM 5:30 PM
  • Saturday Tuesday 7:00 AM 5:30 PM

Discover Impactful Work:

Lead our Quality Control team to outstanding performance. Your work will help us maintain product standards and support our mission to make the world healthier cleaner and safer.

A day in the Life:

  • Coordinate daily lab operations for the weekend shift
  • Lead team to meet on time completion of testing
  • Lead laboratory investigations
  • Resolve testing issues and ensure materials available for testing
  • Track metrics for testing completion
  • Ensure good documentation practices and compliance with FDA and ISO regulations

Keys to Success:

Education

  • 4year degree in the biological sciences preferably microbiology required

Experience

  • 1 years working in a laboratory setting
  • 1 years in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Experience working in a regulated environment

Knowledge Skills Abilities

  • Effective communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

Work in a fastpaced laboratory setting adhering to all safety requirements and procedures.
