Could you be the fulltime Lab Standardization Program Manager in LOCATION were looking for
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your program management expertise in a new cuttingedge field. Youll work alongside innovative dedicated and forwardthinking teammates.
Youll drive the Lab standardization program/projects ensuring seamless progression from ideation to completion. Daytoday youll work closely with teams across the business (Lab owners users and sponsors) manage stakeholder expectations and much more.
Youll specifically take care of aligning stakeholder needs with project objectives but also participate in technical discussions to drive project success.

Managing and driving the Lab standardization Program/projects
Tracking the progress of projects from start to finish
Aligning stakeholder needs with project objectives
Committing to the business and delivering on those commitments
Participating in discussions with technical and business teams
Creating a cybersafe and resilient Lab environment
Bridging information gaps between business and teams

Degree in Engineering Business or a related field
Experience or understanding of project management principles
Knowledge of lab operations and standardization processes
Familiarity with stakeholder management
A PMP or equivalent certification
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to drive industrialization or Lab as a Service (LAAS) initiatives
