Job Description
To lead and mentor a team of 45 members for 3in1 project own multiple modules and ensure highquality
deliverables efficient processes and continuous innovation.
Development: Design develop and maintain highquality Angular applications using modern best
practices and coding standards.
Architecture: Collaborate on architectural decisions and implement scalable and efficient solutions
for frontend development.
Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks to ensure a smooth user
experience.
Code Review: Review code from other team members to ensure quality and adherence to best
practices.
Testing: Develop and execute unit and endtoend tests to ensure the quality and reliability of the
codebase.
Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers sharing your knowledge and expertise to help
them grow professionally.
Collaboration: Work closely with backend developers designers and product managers to deliver
fully functional applications.
Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Stay Current: Stay up to date with the latest Angular trends and advancements.
Front end architecture of assigned modules
Design and development approach for assigned features/modules
Accept/Reject new work depending on available teams capacity
a) Qualifications
Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field
b) Work Experience
Minimum of 6 years of experience in Web and Mobile App Development with a strong focus on Angular
(version 10 or higher preferred).
c) Skills Keywords
6 years of experience developing Web and Mobile applications with a strong focus on Angular (version
10 or higher preferred).
Proven experience in leading a team of developers.
Deep understanding of Angular concepts like components services modules routing and state
management.
Strong proficiency in TypeScript HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript (ES6.
Experience with build tools like Angular CLI Webpack and npm.
Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g. Jasmine Karma) and endtoend testing tools

Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git) and CI/CD pipelines
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Passion for mentoring and fostering the growth of junior developers
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fastpaced environment
