PRODUCT LINE COORDINATOR GENUINE DICKIES & ACCESSORIES
What will you do
A day in the life of a Product Line Coordinator for Genuine Dickies & Accessories at Dickies looks a little like this.
The primary responsibilities of a Product Line Coordinator are to support the product category team for Genuine Dickies and global Accessories in managing samples process and system/line plan management to ensure on time against line plan delivery with high degree of accuracy and . This position reports to the Director of Genuine Dickies & Accessories.
Lets break down that dayinthelife a bit more.
Leads system input of seasonal line plan with a focus on accuracy and timing. Supporting the Genuine Dickies and Accessories team.
Handles carryover process from season to season.
Assists with new item setups
Consistent line plan reviews and updates to ensure accuracy. Working with Merch and other teams to update as needed.
Creates and maintains cost analysis each season.
Ensures accuracy of line plans prior to submitting. Assigns style numbers; administers seasonal pricing in system.
Communicates line changes/additions/deletions to Operations Supply Chain Merch Ops domestic and VFA sourcing and regional merchandising.
Ensure timely delivery and communication to organization regarding changes and product updates.
Key contact for crossfunctional teams to reach out to for clarity & cleanup of data.
Leads consistent reviews to ensure accuracy of products in each season and working with merch team to obtain accurate and uptodate information.
Works with Merch Product Development Technical Design Supply Chain Forecasting Planning Operations

The foundation skills you will need in this position are:
Detail oriented with high degree of accuracy and ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment where multitasking and prioritizing is necessary
Proven ability to operate complex business tracking and organizational systems
Effective professional communication skills (written oral)
Experience with Flex PLM system
Extensive PC skills (MS Office programs inclusive of presentation skills via Power Point and analytical skills via Excel/Access)
Promotes spirit of collaboration and teamwork. Develops positive relationships with key internal and external partners
Strong business orientation analytical aptitude retail math
12 years of experience in apparel merchandising

$57888.00 USD $72360.00 USD annuallyIncentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan sales incentive orcommissionpotential.
