SUMMARY:
We are in search of a Paid Media Campaign Manager to join the UK Rakuten Team. This individual will manage and optimize our inhouse paid media campaigns and find and test new acquisition channels. The ideal candidate has a paid media background (agency experience) and a strong focus on paid social media SEM and PMax with strong analytics and fullfunnel optimization skills is datadriven highly detailoriented and is motivated to always be testing and learning to keep optimizing for success and find new acquisition opportunities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and own the paid media campaigns across core paid channels and media platforms (search paid social PMax); execute all paid inhouse campaigns within the ad platforms. Manage the paid channel acquisition budget and monitor performance against weekly targets. Identify new acquisition channels test and optimize untapped channels and opportunities for growth. Analyze and report on channel performance. Consistently monitor and optimize key conversion metrics. Create visibility and present channel performance to internal stakeholders. Work with the creative and branding teams to bring campaigns to life to a high degree of quality and achieve marketing objectives. Work collaboratively crossfunctionally to establish growth strategies and support all ongoing efforts and initiatives. Stay updated on trends in the UK market and the competitive landscape to refine strategies.
