Hi
We are having opening for Procurement & Contracts in Hyderabad.
Responsible for project subcontracts PRW manpower contracts equipment hiring & procurement RMC Selection of Contractors to float tenders tender floating Scheduling & arranging Pre bid meeting with Contractors. Involved & arranging technical meetings with shortlisted bidders Leading to negotiation meetings with Contractors. Coordination with bidders & project team for smooth contract finalization techno commercially. Drafting proposal for management approval & preparing work order on SAP. Ensuring all statutory compliances of recommended contractors. Arranging Kickoff meeting with Contractor along with Project team after awarding the Contract. Work order amendments of existing contractors by verifying reconciliation statement of quantity executed & quantity awarded in work order. Verifying quantities certified by project team v/s quantities awarded in work order. Various reports submitting to management for contracts & procurement review.
