Job Title: Education Counselor
Department: MBBS Abroad

Location: Noida Pune Mumbai Dehradun (For Pune Marathi is a must)
Start Date: 15th February 2025
Key Responsibilities:
Provide counseling to students interested in studying MBBS abroad.
Maintain the organizations standards while engaging with students.
Conduct data calling and follow up with potential students via phone and email.
Manage and update CRM with accurate student information and status.
Convert leads into sales/admissions through effective communication and followups.
Participate in seminars webinars and other educational events.
Monitor students progress address their concerns and provide continuous support throughout the admission process.
Maintain detailed records and reports of student interactions and progress.
Skills and Qualifications:
Graduation is required.
Strong sales knowledge and skills.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (for all locations).
For the Pune location proficiency in Marathi is a must.
Convincing power and persuasive skills to engage students and parents.
Prior experience in sales counseling or educational guidance is preferred.
