Join our team as a Commodity Buyer ! We are currently looking for a Commodity Buyer with good communication and negotiation skills to help us with the suppliers management and procurement strategy improvement. What Youll Do:
Supplier scouting & adding in the panel for new technology for new growth vertical.
Build Supplier Panel for the Worldwide / Regions operational requirements.
Lead new supplier integration process in the Panel: perform supplier prospection supplier assessments (CSA) supplier development as per sub commodity strategy.
Build and consolidate productivity action plans for sub commodity.
Manage sub commodity strategy activities on assigned scope.
Conducts Yearly negotiations with assigned suppliers
Ensure platforms customer teams current and future needs are identified and answered by sub commodity strategy
Support new product launches in coordinating with New Product Introduction team
Manage performance for assigned suppliers: lead quarterly business and performance review and foster improvement of suppliers performance
What We Need:
- Experience: 35 years experience in procurement / supplier commercial management. Mandatory Automotive field
- Education: Bachelors degree or above
- Language: English
