Job Description
The Verve Hotel BostonNatick is looking for an enthusiastic AM Server to join our team. As an AM Server you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests during the breakfast and lunch hours. This role requires excellent communication and multitasking skills in a fastpaced hospitality environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Deliver orders to tables and ensure guest satisfaction
- Provide knowledge about menu items and offer recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Requirements:
- Previous serving experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and individually
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Must be able to work mornings and weekends
