Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for Residential Workers for a Childrens Home in South Wales.
What will your responsibilities be
In this role you will provide individual care and ensure a safe happy and stimulating environment for children and young people in residential care. You will support positive outcomes maintain accurate records and implement safeguarding measures to protect children from harm. Additionally you will meet health and safety requirements work collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals and engage in continuous learning and development to improve your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be successful in this role you must have Social Care Wale registration be eligible to work in the UK hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level and have postqualified experience. The successful candidate would be required to do both day and night shifts. Driving license and access to a car is essential. Pay rates start at 16 per hour and 22.50 per hour for over night.
