Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Oracle FusionSCM Consultant specializing in Fusion Planning and Manufacturing modules. Theideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing Oracle FusionSupply Chain Management (SCM) solutions with a strong focus on Cloud Planningand MFG modules. The consultant will collaborate with crossfunctional teams todeploy customize and optimize Oracle Fusion solutions to meet the uniqueneeds of our clients.
Implementation & Customization:
- Lead and manage fullcycle implementation projects for Oracle Fusion Planning and Manufacturing modules.
- Customize and configure Oracle Fusion SCM applications according to client specifications and business processes.
- Conduct thorough requirements analysis gap analysis and propose feasible solutions.
Consultation & Stakeholder Interaction:
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle Fusion modules for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements provide solutions and deliver presentations.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including technical business and managerial stakeholders.
Project Management:
- Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation.
- Ensure timely delivery of solutions adhering to budget and quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
PostImplementation Support:
- Provide postimplementation support troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance.
- Conduct user training and prepare detailed user documentation.
- Deliver continuous improvements and updates according to changing business needs.
Technical Expertise:
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion releases and enhancements.
- Develop and execute test scripts for various scenarios and troubleshoot testing issues.
- Assist in data migration integration and reporting strategies.
Desired Skills:
- Proven experience implementing Oracle Fusion Planning and Manufacturing modules.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion SCM applications.
- Excellent problem solving communication and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud Services (OIC) and other Oracle Fusion middleware.
- Ability to work collaboratively within crossfunctional teams.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion releases and enhancements.
- Develop and execute test scripts for various scenarios and troubleshoot testing issues.
