What Youll Do:
- Engage with new and existing customers offering smart home security video surveillance fire monitoring and access control solutions.
- Generate sales leads and upsell current customers.
- Maintain existing accounts driving retention through loyalty programs and strong customer relationships.
- Set and exceed daily weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Customize security solutions for clients meeting their evolving needs.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to optimize sales strategies and hit performance goals.
Requirements
- 2 years in sales customer retention or account management.
- Excellent communicator with a customerfirst mindset.
- Highly organized with strong problemsolving abilities.
- Comfortable with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce).
