Job Description:
Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Linux Administrator with expertise in EDA (Electronic Design Automation) tools and LSF/Slurm configuration. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our EDA infrastructure while ensuring system reliability and performance. This is an onsite role based in Bangalore requiring flexibility to work in shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
LSF/Slurm Administration:
- Configure manage and troubleshoot LSF or Slurm clusters to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
- Monitor job scheduling and resource allocation within the cluster.
- Configure manage and troubleshoot LSF or Slurm clusters to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
FlexLM License Management:
- Administer and maintain FlexLM license servers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve licenserelated issues to ensure tool availability.

EDA Tool Management:
- Install configure and maintain EDA tools across the environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve tool crash issues to minimize downtime.

EDA Environment Management:
- Manage environment modules for EDA tools.
- Implement infrastructure automation using Ansible for improved scalability and consistency.

Scripting and Automation:
- Develop and maintain shell or Python scripts for routine tasks and system automation.

System Monitoring and Troubleshooting:
- Proactively monitor system performance and resolve issues on time.
- Ensure the stability and security of Linux systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong Knowledge and Experience in:
- Slurm or LSF cluster administration.
- FlexLM license administration.
- Installation and troubleshooting of EDA tools.
- Linux system administration and performance tuning.
- Environment management tools like Modules.
- Automation tools such as Ansible.

- Programming Skills:
- Proficiency in shell scripting or Python.

- Experience in handling largescale EDA environments.
- Knowledge of system monitoring tools and best practices.
