We are seeking a motivated and customerfocused Service BDC (Business Development Center) Representative to join our team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for service customers responsible for setting appointments following up on service leads and providing toptier customer service. This is a great opportunity to grow with a dynamic and supportive team in a fastpaced automotive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound service calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally Outbound calling to confirm schedule and follow up on service appointments Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and appointments in the CRM system Work closely with service advisors and managers to ensure a seamless customer experience Meet and exceed appointmentsetting goals and bonus benchmarks Provide excellent customer service that encourages repeat business
Qualifications:
Previous customer service or call center experience preferred (automotive experience a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working with computers phone systems and CRM software Reliable detailoriented and selfmotivated Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required
