Job Responsibilities
- Collect Create Maintain and Provide business data analytics and sales analytics reports using SQL Google data studio Excel & Google sheet that allow stakeholders and executives team to make informed decisions.
- Translating complex datasets into actionable insights that inform highlevel strategic decisions by identifying patterns trends and correlations.
- Monitor and report the operational KPI for senior management.
- Build and maintain main customer data management platform for regional business.
- Facilitate the regional management leaders to conduct business opportunity review and opportunity management that can improve the visibility of sales pipeline.
- Daily maintaining of opportunity management tool(C4C). Manage user demands and system optimization requirements.
- Report each bid found with the basic information and its tracking link.
- Provide detailed reports to Business Unit Managers weekly and monthly to the sales team involved in each process.
