Quantum computing holds the promise of humanitys mastery over the natural world but only if we can build a real quantum computer. PsiQuantum has determined the fastest path to delivering a useful quantum computer years earlier than the rest of the industry. Our architecture is based on silicon photonics which gives us the ability to produce our components at Tier1 semiconductor fabs such as GlobalFoundries where we leverage highvolume semiconductor manufacturing processes the same processes that are already producing billions of chips for telecom and consumer electronics applications. We also benefit from the quantum mechanics reality that photons dont feel heat or electromagnetic interference allowing us to take advantage of existing cryogenic cooling systems and industry standard fiber connectivity.

In 2024 PsiQuantum announced two governmentfunded projects to support the buildout of our first Quantum Data Centers and utilityscale quantum computers in Brisbane Australia and Chicago Illinois. Both projects are backed by nations that understand quantum computings potential impact and the need to scale this technology to unlock that potential. Job Summary:

The System Build and Validation department is looking for an experienced manager that can help guide and grow the test automation team contribute to the long term strategy to scale and optimize system level test infrastructure and willing to jump into technical issue and drive them to solution quickly.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a team of engineers focused on automation of testing activity and test infrastructure for elecrooptical subsystem.
• Guide the team to develop standard test flow and test tracking system.
• Lead the projects related to the design and bring up of test stations.
• Lead the projects related to the development of data collection methods and infrastructure.
• Lead the projects related to the development of data analysis tools and generation of test reports.

Experience/Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in engineering or physical science with 10 years of system validation test automation and debug experience.
• 4 years of manager experience.
• Strong leadership and effective communication skills.
• Proven record of accomplishment of working within and across groups in a dynamic environment and on multiple projects.
• Ability to understanding and write scripts to communicate and control instruments.
• Experience developing test methods and optimization tuning/calibration algorithms.
• Experience with highspeed electrooptical devices and test equipment such us electrooptical modulator RF detector pulsed lasers optical sampling oscilloscope.
