Job Description
At Work With Island were all about pushing product performance to the next level. Whether its improving current designs developing new features or optimizing our manufacturing processes we aim to create the best possible products.
As part of our Product Performance team youll work closely with engineers suppliers and factories to design test and evaluate our nextgeneration products.
Your Main Missions
Design and develop new product features.
Identify and solve issues in existing products by creating and testing design solutions.
Create product documentation including a newgeneration product leaflet.
Conduct an ACV (life cycle assessment) on a new tool (to be determined).
Produce highquality product renderings to support development and marketing efforts.
Who Youll Work With
This role involves collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders including:
Internal: Leadership team product engineers production managers and aftersales service.
External: Suppliers and factories to find technical solutions improve production and optimize product performance.
