Job Description
Day in the Life:
- Responsible for timely sales tax filings bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Maintains balance sheet reconciliations in established corporate format ensuring all reconciling items are investigated and resolved.
- Prepare and review monthly financials and reports results to CFO for review.
- Responsible for variance analysis and financials for assigned entities.
- Maintains fixed asset files and schedules.
- Analyze the business processes for efficiencies and reviews financials monthly to determine potential costsavings.
- Prepares journal entries accruals analysis and account reconciliations as part of the monthly close process.
- Meet processing and reporting deadlines.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

- Full cycle experience required
- 3 years experience required
- Bachelors degree in Accounting/Business/Finance preferred
- Advanced computer skills: Outlook Excel Data entry etc.
- Outstanding organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment is a must
- Time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Must be able to communicate effectively with coworkers restaurant staff and executives
- Exposure to highly confidential information
- MultiEntity experience would be a bonus!
