Job Description
Job Title: Loader Operator Denver
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and safetyfocused Loader Operator to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for operating the loader assisting the yard attendant and accurately measuring and loading bulk materials. The ideal candidate is a quick learner able to multitask in a highpaced environment and demonstrates initiative while maintaining the highest safety standards for themselves coworkers our equipment clients and their vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
Loader Operation: Safely operate the loader ensuring smooth and efficient transitions in and out of the equipment.
Assistance: Provide support to the yard attendant by handling and organizing bulk materials.
Measurement & Loading: Accurately measure and load bulk materials according to established guidelines.
Safety Compliance: Rigorously follow safety protocols to protect yourself your coworkers and client property.
Adaptability: Quickly learn new processes during onthejob training and adapt to the dynamic work environment.
Initiative: Proactively identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and safety practices.
General Duties: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area and report any issues promptly.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience with loader operations or similar heavy equipment is preferred.
Multitasking: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a highpaced environment.
Physical Ability: Must be physically capable of safely getting in and out of the loader carrying 50 pounds and handling manual tasks.
Safety Focus: A strong commitment to safety for yourself coworkers and clients.
Learning Agility: Quick learner who adapts efficiently during onthejob training.
Initiative: Selfmotivated with a proactive approach to problemsolving and process improvement.
Working Conditions:
Environment: Work will take place outdoors on busy job sites with exposure to various weather conditions.
Hours: Standard work hours including weekends with the possibility of extended shifts during peak periods.
