Join our clients dynamic and clientfocused legal team! We are seeking a detailoriented and organized Accident Benefits Clerk with experience in personal injury law. In this role you will play a critical part in ensuring our clients receive the compensation they deserve by managing accident benefits claims efficiently and professionally.
Accurately complete and submit OCF forms related to accident benefits claims.
Collaborate closely with paralegals and lawyers to support case management.
Maintain a strong understanding of the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule (SABS) to ensure compliance with regulations.
Draft pleadings correspondence and legal documents with precision.
Prepare comprehensive file summaries and track case progress.
Review analyze and summarize medical documentation to support claims.
Engage in daily communication with clients insurance companies and third parties ensuring timely updates and resolutions.
12 years of experience in personal injury law (preferred).
Strong knowledge and experience in completing OCF Forms and understanding SABS (mandatory).
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and legal case management software.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
Strong timemanagement multitasking and problemsolving skills with minimal supervision.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
Professional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients legal professionals and third parties.
High level of independent judgment discretion and critical thinking.
