We are looking to hire a Market Access Manager in Italy to implement Market Access & Pricing plans and programs to support integration of pricing and reimbursement technology assessment evidencebased review and economic modelling.

Job Description:
The Market Access Manager Italy is a role tasked with generating local evidence of the value of a new drug or other intervention for Reimbursement and Healthcare payers needs (both national and subnational).
MAM establishes and measures the link between treatment and actual outcomes and therefore provides evidencebased guidance on how to improve care to get fast access in the local environments for the Biologics new .
Drives innovative approaches to developing regional and National dossiers supporting the entrance of new Biologic which describe and provide evidence for unmet needs al and economic differentiation and budget impact.
Responsible for timely and high quality submissions while ensuring regulatory and ethical compliance in the process.
It takes a broad view of the health outcomes of intervention including not only clinical trial data and clinical outcomes but also financial considerations and less tangible measures such as quality of life and satisfaction as reported by the patients in surveys or gleaned from electronic health records.
Demonstrates a strategic mindset in defining Health economics & Outcomes resources priorities and resource allocations combining the business environment and needs with the understanding of the HC environment.
Fostering a culture of understanding the customers requirements and needs for appropriate and high quality health economic evidence to obtain market access.
Work close with Regional Access managers in delivering strategy and Health economics evidences supporting Biologics in the regions
Support tender manager and Sales force RX in delivering tenders and remove access barriers.
BASIC REQUIREMENT
Bachelors degree in a scientific area life science health economics healthcare finance health policy or related field
Master in Health Economics/ Health managements (preferred)
A minimum of 2 to 5 years related experience in pharma industry is required
Understanding of key public and private payer policy infrastructure payment methodologies health policy trends and current business challenges
Experience in integrating market access strategies into product plans and cooperate with national and international crossfunctional teams
Project management and Organizational skills: ability to manage multiple tasks/projects/priorities and complex issues
English fluent
